You will manage day-to-day creative production operations with emphasis on driving localization workflows and ensuring brand consistency. You will coordinate with external agencies, internal teams, and localization partners to facilitate seamless creative production. This role reports to the Head of Brand Marketing and provides operational support for executing Amazon Leo's integrated brand and performance campaigns across B2C and B2B verticals.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate feedback and sign-off on translated copy, ensuring cultural relevance and brand consistency
  • Manage relationships with localization vendors and translation agencies, establishing clear processes for asset handoff, review cycles, and approval workflows
  • Own work-back plans for localization, establishing production timelines that account for localization requirements across brand, mid-funnel, and performance creative
  • Develop and maintain localization tracking systems, monitoring asset status across languages and locales, identifying bottlenecks, and proactively resolving issues
  • Lead coordination between channels to ensure cohesive campaign creative across owned, earned, and paid media, maintaining consistent messaging across all funnel stages and locales
  • Ensure creative assets meet locale-specific technical requirements, regulatory standards, and cultural sensitivities while maintaining global brand consistency
  • Coordinate briefing sessions with translation agencies and production partners, ensuring understanding of campaign context, brand guidelines, tone of voice, and cultural nuances
  • Manage quality assurance for localized assets, ensuring translations maintain brand voice, messaging accuracy, and creative intent
  • Manage creative asset library and version control, ensuring teams have access to approved assets in all required languages and variations
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and scale localization processes, developing repeatable frameworks across locales and campaigns

A Day in the Life

  • You'll review production dashboards tracking asset delivery across multiple campaigns, funnel stages, and international locales.
  • You'll check localization status, assets in translation or awaiting approvals and resolve bottlenecks by coordinating with translation agencies and stakeholders.
  • You'll facilitate briefing sessions with agencies, ensuring they understand localization scope, which locales need adaptation, cultural sensitivities, and how to structure assets for efficient translation.
  • You'll manage the localization review process, coordinating with stakeholders like Legal and PR, tracking assets through review cycles, consolidating feedback, communicating revision requests, and ensuring final sign-offs.
  • You'll troubleshoot localization challenges, translations that don't capture brand voice, cultural adaptation questions, or timeline conflicts between locales.
  • You'll manage localization vendor relationships, conducting check-ins to review performance and discuss process improvements.
  • You'll maintain the creative asset library with meticulous organization by campaign, funnel stage, locale, and language version.
  • You'll balance multiple campaigns simultaneously across funnel stages and locales - managing competing deadlines, coordinating across time zones, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and localization expertise ensure Amazon Leo's localization runs smoothly from awareness through conversion across all geographies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
