About FANDUM. Ltd
FANDUM. Ltd is a UK-based experiential and cultural marketing agency, bridging the gap between online and “IRL” fan culture. Our mission is to help brands form authentic, lasting relationships with their audiences across genres and interests. Unlike traditional agencies, we don’t just observe fan communities, we’re dedicated to building and nurturing them, taking a holistic approach to modern marketing to help brands build their fandoms.
LOCALS
LOCALS is our marketing division where we curate activations & experiences, combined with street teaming across the UK to strengthen the brand-to-fan connection. Our carefully selected representatives or “reps” are real fans who will integrate brands into the culture of their communities.
We are looking for students and early career individuals across the UK passionate about pop culture to join our LOCALS rep team. If you’re passionate about videography, content capture, photography, social media, event organisation, or general marketing we want to hear from you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
