About the Role
We are recruiting for a triage-focused [Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)] in Berwick, with a dynamic role that may include shifts covering:
- All ages (immediate and palliative care)
- Triage, centre visits, or home visits
- Regular contextual rotation across multiple sites

Key Requirements
- Prescribing qualification – must be actively licensed to prescribe
- Nursing background with ambition:
- Ideally holding a master’s degree in nursing practice/related field, or actively working towards one
- Preference for experience in Out-of-Hours (OOH), GP surgery, or urgent care environments
Qualities & Requirements
- Location: Must live within local area and commit full availability
- Patience flexibility: Willing to:
- UNDERGO ongoing onboarding (including full induction)
- ACCEPT all shift types when roster implemented
- Reliably cover regular slots when demanded
- Training compliance:
- Complete out-of-hours induction (1900–2200, midweek weekday evening)
- Attend palliative care training (1900–2030, midweek evening)
- Undertake shadowing orientation (4 hours) before working unsupported
