Locum Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire
My client is seeking an experienced Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to provide temporary support to our busy commercial property department.
The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied commercial property caseload and provide practical, high-quality legal advice to clients while supporting the firm's ongoing workload.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of commercial property matters.
- Advising clients on commercial property transactions.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other professionals.
- Ensuring files are progressed efficiently and in compliance with regulatory and firm procedures.
- Providing support to the commercial property team as required.

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a qualified solicitor with proven experience in commercial property.
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Have excellent client care and communication skills.
- Be organised, efficient, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Be available to commence the assignment at short notice.
