West Lothian NHS Addiction Service, 1st Floor, Civic Centre, Howden Road South, Livingston, EH54 6FF
May also require working at any of NHS Lothian sites.

Job Details
- Post Type: Fixed-term, part-time (16 hours per week)
- Location Base: St. Johns Hospital, West Lothian
- Primary Roles: 4 sessions in Lothian Substance Misuse Service, with all clinical work currently taking place in West Lothian
- Occasional Work: May require limited engagements across NHS Lothian sites
- On-call Requirement: None
