Locum Employment Solicitor sought on behalf of a South Wales law firm.

The Opportunity

The role is to assist with an influx of work and provide support whilst the firm recruit on permanent basis.

The successful candidate will handle both contentious and non-contentious employment matters involving primarily respondent matters for corporate and commercial clients.

Initial office presence will be required for handover, team introduction, and IT training; after which hybrid or remote working will be available.

The firm are seeking someone available at short notice on a full-time or part-time basis. Hourly rate will be dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal support on senior level respondent employment cases
  • Draft and review settlement agreements
  • Assist with HR Advisory enquiries
  • Manage both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters
  • Collaborate with Head of Department, Senior Associate and legal assistants
