Warehouse - Taiko Acton- BONSAI

Contract: Full Time

Salary: £45,000-£50,000

Contracted Hours: 45

We’re Taiko — the people behind some of the UK’s most innovative Sushi, Food to Go and Prepared Meals.

Since 1997, we’ve been shaking things up, launching more first-to-market sushi and food-to-go products than anyone else in the UK. You’ll find us supplying Tesco, Waitrose, Sainsbury’s and more — but we still think and move like a challenger brand.

Fast paced. Always evolving. Never standing still.

About You

You’re someone who takes ownership and makes things happen:

  • Proven experience in logistics, import/export or supply chain (FMCG or food manufacturing is a big plus)
  • Strong knowledge of international trade, customs compliance and Incoterms
  • Experience managing freight forwarders, 3PLs and logistics partners
  • Comfortable working with ERP/WMS systems and data (Excel skills essential)
  • A natural problem-solver with strong organisational and negotiation skills
  • Confident communicating and influencing across teams and stakeholders
  • A continuous improvement mindset (Lean / Six Sigma experience is a bonus)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
