Warehouse Manager (Imports & Logistics) – Taiko Acton, Bonsai
Contract: Full-Time Salary: £45,000–£50,000 Contracted Hours: 45

About You
You’re a proactive****, results-focused individual who thrives on ownership:
- Proven experience in logistics, import/export, or supply chain (experience in FMCG or food manufacturing is highly valued)
- Strong understanding of international trade, customs compliance, and Incoterms
- Previous experience managing freight forwarders, 3PLs, and logistics partners -ERP/WMS system expertise + essential Excel skills
- Problem-solving superpowers with strong organisational and negotiation abilities
- Guidance and matrix reports aligned with agile leadership

Key Responsibilities
Imports & Exports
- Own all import/export operations – from documentation compliance to final freight/delivery delivery
- Ensure full regulatory UK/EU/international trade and food safety compliance on every shipment
- Cultivate robust relations with freight forwarders, hauliers, and customs agents
- Monitor shipment readiness, resolve delays, and maintain unbroken supply chain momentum
Logistics & Warehouse Operations
- Oversee end-to-end supplier→production→customer goods flows
- Partner with warehouse teams to refine stock accuracy and process efficiency metrics
- Drive performance through KPIs (delivery reliability, cost optimisation, turnaround speeds, inventory accuracy)

Continuous Improvement
- Champion initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce waste and sharpen operational performance
- Use data to spot opportunities and implement better-fit solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Production, Finance and Quality teams
- Feed clear insights back into business narratives through data-driven reporting
