Logistics Admin Assistant | Fashion | London/Essex | £30k*
Hybrid - 4 days on site
Must be within a commutable distance to EC1 or Essex.

About the Role

We are working in partnership with a high growth fashion brand who are seeking a highly organised and proactive Logistics Admin Assistant to support a fast-paced operations and logistics function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem solving and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative support.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth logistics operations, coordinating processes, maintaining accurate records and supporting internal teams with operational efficiency.

Experience working within a start-up or scale-up environment is highly advantageous, as the role requires adaptability, initiative, and the ability to work effectively in a rapidly evolving business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update logistics and operational databases accurately
  • Support customer service processes and respond to internal and external enquiries
  • Coordinate logistics administration, shipping documentation, and order tracking
  • Assist with reporting, invoicing, and operational reconciliation tasks
  • Maintain organised records and documentation systems
  • Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Support administrative activities across logistics and operations functions
  • Help identify process improvements to increase operational efficiency

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Previous administrative experience within logistics, operations, or supply chain
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and operational systems/databases
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
