About the Role
Working Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00, this role sits at the centre of a busy logistics operation, providing administrative and financial support to ensure bookings, rates, invoicing, and documentation are handled accurately and on time. You’ll work closely across operations, finance, carriers, and customers, helping to keep workflows efficient and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Managing booking and rate accuracy, including updating systems and resolving discrepancies
- Preparing, issuing, and reconciling daily invoices, ensuring all billing is accurate
- Applying and verifying surcharges and identifying missing revenue or incomplete bookings
- Handling customer and vendor onboarding, including documentation and form completion
- Chasing Proof of Delivery (PODs) and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting period-end reporting, reconciliations, and finance processes
- Responding to queries via email and phone, coordinating with internal teams and external partners

About You
You’ll have a strong administrative background, ideally within logistics, though we are open to candidates eager to learn. You’ll be confident working with systems and data, with excellent attention to detail, particularly when handling numbers, rates, and financial information. Strong IT skills, especially in Excel, are essential.
