Job Description: Administrative Support Specialist
This role ensures alignment with corporate systems, business needs, and departmental goals while managing assets, compliance, and logistics across projects.
Key Responsibilities
Support core operational essentials, including asset management, material handling, expense reimbursement, licensing, and project coordination. Your work will enhance:
- Process efficiency
- Cost reduction
- Operational continuity
- Employee satisfaction
1. Asset & Inventory Management
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of fixed assets (procurement to disposal), including:
- Equipment (e.g., logistics machinery)
- Internal consumables
- Conduct regular audits and optimize asset use for reduced waste & accurate accounting
- Streamline asset configurations based on business needs
2. Launch & Expansion Administration
- Lead procurement efforts and facilitate deployments for:
- New operational sites
- Facilities enhancements
- Expansions into unfocused markets
3. Licensing & Compliance
- Manage business licenses and permits, including:
- Application, renewal, and cancellation processes
- Compliance filings with district authorities
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and operational standards
4. Project Administration
- Collect, verify, and modify project-specific requirements (e.g., mobile phone cards, resourcing)
- Coordinate:
- Office relocations/arrangements
- Temporary warehouse resource allocation
- Large-scale promotional welfare expense reimbursements
- Align projects with timelines while mitigating risks

5. Campus Logistics & Employee Engagement
- Administer logistics for site facilities
- Organize team-building activities and-address feedback
- Encourage satisfaction and team cohesion
6. Process Optimisation & Resource Coordination
- Standardize administrative workflows to:
- Improve execution speed
- Reduce bottlenecks
- Decrease operational risks
- Provide expert solutions for resource allocation
