The Company:
At 22live, we deliver world-class professional audio solutions to some of the UK's biggest live events, festivals, concerts, theatres and corporate productions.
We're looking for a Logistics & Audio Assistant to join our growing team. This is much more than a driving role. You'll be trusted with transporting, preparing and handling high-value professional audio equipment, ensuring it reaches our clients safely, on time and in perfect condition. If you take pride in your work, enjoy being part of a technical team and understand that every delivery reflects the quality of our business, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role:
Working closely with our warehouse, project and sales teams, you will:
- Prepare, check and safely load professional audio equipment for dispatch.
- Deliver and collect equipment from venues and client sites throughout the UK.
- Secure equipment correctly during transport and handle it with care.
- Carry out vehicle checks and maintain clean, professional vehicles.
- Assist with equipment preparation, testing and warehouse operations when not on the road.
- Build positive relationships with clients, venues and production teams through professional, reliable service.
- Maintain accurate paperwork and delivery records.
- Occasionally support on-site logistics where required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
