Job Description

Location: Hams Hall, Coleshill - Birmingham

Salary: £31,000k

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00

Join Arvato as a Client Service Team Specialist

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences and ensuring service excellence? Arvato is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Service Team Specialist to join our team in Corby.

In this role, you’ll act as a key link between customers, internal teams, and operational functions, helping to ensure service commitments are met while continuously driving improvements in customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Your Tasks

  • Manage our client relationships and act as a primary point of contact for service-related queries.
  • Monitor service performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs.
  • Investigate and resolve client issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Coordinate with operational and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Analyse service data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Produce client reports and communicate performance updates.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and customer projects.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, account management, service delivery, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.

Experience within logistics, distribution and warehousing or outsourcing environments is advantageous.

  • Good analytical and reporting abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
