The Role
**Logistics Co-ordinator (German-speaking, Fluent level, full-time/permanent – hybrid – M-F | 8:00–17:00)
Key Responsibilities
You will oversee warehouse and transport operations to deliver operational excellence in final-mile contracts.
- Collaborate with suppliers and customers to ensure seamless logistics processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyse performance data to maintain accurate records
- Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports, cost analyses, and invoice validations
- Act as the interface between suppliers and customers (liaising, troubleshooting)
- Support team members via cross-training, covering absences/holidays
- Ensure order accuracy by checking quantities and reconciling discrepancies

Day-to-day tasks: ✺ Coordinate daily workflows with the Supply Chain Manager ✺ Maintain timely, accurate reporting on stock/transport movements
Travel Requirements
- Intermittent travel to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland may be required.

About You
Essential Requirements
- Fluent German (spoken + written)
- Experience in logistics (preferably in 3PL/4PL environments)
- Strong communication (written + verbal)
- Exceptional organisational skills + attention to detail
