The Role

**Logistics Co-ordinator (German-speaking, Fluent level, full-time/permanent – hybrid – M-F | 8:00–17:00)

Key Responsibilities

You will oversee warehouse and transport operations to deliver operational excellence in final-mile contracts.

  • Collaborate with suppliers and customers to ensure seamless logistics processes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Analyse performance data to maintain accurate records
  • Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports, cost analyses, and invoice validations
  • Act as the interface between suppliers and customers (liaising, troubleshooting)
  • Support team members via cross-training, covering absences/holidays
  • Ensure order accuracy by checking quantities and reconciling discrepancies

About You

Essential Requirements

  • Fluent German (spoken + written)
  • Experience in logistics (preferably in 3PL/4PL environments)
  • Strong communication (written + verbal)
  • Exceptional organisational skills + attention to detail
