We're excited to share that we're once again working with a global client, a 30+ year-old company that services several key industries, with an important facility in Wales. Looking for people who carry key freight & logistics experience. As they're urgently looking for a coordinator and a specialist for their European team.
We're looking for someone to help supervise and support an experienced team. Bringing knowledge and a strong understanding of international trading and transportation legislation & regulations. Along with strong IT proficiency and shipping management.

Responsibilities
- Effectively coordinate and oversee shipping.
- Select and manage transportation and shipment types. Including packaging.
- Assist with warehouse & inventory management.
- Coordinate and stay informed of country-specific requirements in the EU.
- Successfully cater to clients' needs with the appropriate storage & shipment types.
- Identify and manage logistics costs.
- Handle relevant documentation
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers.
- Supervise operations team.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and international trading.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Effective planning skills.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines to EU & UK standards.
- Proficient with IT systems in freight & logistics.
