Logistics Coordinator
As our Logistics Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our people are exactly where they need to be, when they need to be there, and ready to work hard when they arrive. You'll be responsible for coordinating the movement of people across our global event schedule, planning efficient travel, managing visas, controlling travel budgets, and supporting operators and production staff with clear, accurate itineraries.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate travel and people movement for operators and production staff, ensuring the right people arrive at the right location, at the right time, ready to work effectively.
- Book and manage travel including flights, accommodation, ground transport, itineraries, and last-minute changes across multiple international events.
- Manage visa requirements for travelling staff, ensuring applications, documentation, timelines, and entry requirements are handled accurately and proactively.
- Control travel budgets, tracking costs, identifying efficiencies, and helping ensure event travel is planned and delivered within budget.
- Provide clear travel communication to staff, ensuring operators and production teams have accurate itineraries, booking details, and relevant event information before departure.
- Support freight coordination where required, assisting with shipment tracking and documentation as a secondary part of the role.
- Continuously improve travel and logistics processes, identifying opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and minimise risk.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
