Logistics Coordinator

Logistics Coordinator – Part Time

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We’re seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team and contribute to our success and growth.

Your Role

In this part-time role (working 09:00 – 14:30, Monday to Friday), you will:

  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations across multiple locations, ensuring a seamless one-stop-shop service for our customers.
  • Support a variety of commodities, maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and compliance throughout all stages of operations.
  • Work in a busy and collaborative environment, communicating with colleagues, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth and timely operations.
  • Manage the preparation, dispatch, and delivery of cargo, confirming all documentation is accurate and compliant.
  • Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels.
  • Calculate costs, draft formal quotations, and complete invoicing and submissions ‘right first time’.

What You’ll Bring

You will have:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence in handling data
  • The ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Preferred: Experience in logistics, transport, or customs – not essential, but ideal
  • Preferred: Experience with Destin8 systems – not essential, but ideal
