Role: Logistics Coordinator

Reports into: Inbound Logistics Manager

Contract Type: Full Time, working 7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week

Location: Hybrid, working 3 days a week in our offices based in Old Street, London

The Role

The Logistics Coordinator provides operational and administrative support across the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring the accurate execution of purchase orders, inventory movements, and logistics activities. Working closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, distribution partners, and internal stakeholders, this role is responsible for maintaining accurate system data, coordinating shipments, supporting inventory visibility, and ensuring the smooth flow of information throughout the supply chain.

The Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in supporting product availability, operational efficiency, and customer service by ensuring day-to-day supply chain processes are executed accurately and on time.

You’ll be Responsible for

  • Create, maintain, and update purchase orders within the ERP system.
  • Process purchase order amendments, cancellations, and revisions as required.
  • Ensure purchase order information is accurate, complete, and aligned with supplier confirmations.
  • Monitor purchase order status throughout the supply chain lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate supply chain master data within ERP and supporting systems.
  • Update shipment milestones, delivery dates, inventory records, and supplier information.
  • Track inbound shipments from suppliers through to delivery at distribution centres.
  • Maintain shipment visibility and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics providers regarding shipment status and documentation.
  • Escalate delays or exceptions to the Inbound Logistics Manager where appropriate.
  • Act as a day-to-day point of contact for suppliers regarding purchase orders, shipping documentation, and delivery schedules.
  • Follow up on outstanding order confirmations, shipping milestones, and required documentation.
  • Support supplier compliance with company logistics and documentation requirements.
  • Validate freight invoices against agreed rates
  • Raise and process Sample and Event orders
  • Coordinate order fulfilment requirements with PR, marketing, campaigns teams and logistics partners.
  • Monitor order progress and resolve any issues impacting delivery schedules.
  • Ensure Sample and Event orders are accurately reflected within company systems.
  • Support product launches by coordinating supply chain information and resolving operational issues.
  • Respond to ad hoc supply chain queries and provide timely operational support.

You’ll Need to Have:

  • Previous experience in a supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations coordination role.
  • Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
