Hours: Tuesday to Saturday | 08:30–17:30 (40 hours weekly)

Responsibilities
- Daily coordination: Manage company drivers and sub-contractors, forging strong relationships with both teams and internal departments.
- Customer service liaison: Assess, assist, and escalate requests related to special logistical requirements.
- Reporting & analytics: Compile thorough daily reports—documenting transport issues across the network for continuous improvement.
- Driver operations: Coordinate briefings/debriefings, monitor temperature compliance via journey ticket validation, and ensure adherence to protocols.
- Administrative duties: Maintain accurate records for fuel usage, driver wages, and related financial tracking.
- Inbound/outbound communication: Handle high-priority telephone support calls to resolve operational queries.
- ETA & route management: Confirm ETAs with trunk drivers and ensure all routes are finalized in-house via Polar Track (our internal database).
- Quality assurance: Conduct periodic spot checks on driver vehicles, reporting any critical defects (vehicle, transportation equipment) to the fleet manager.
- Ad-hoc duties: Cover for driver sickness absence or provide onboarding/training for new drivers.
