Job Summary
Moog Aircraft Group is seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our logistics team at our Wolverhampton facility. Reporting to the Logistics Team Leader, the Logistics Coordinator will oversee all aspects of shipping. Recent experience or qualifications in warehousing or a similar field will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Raising shipping paperwork and commercial invoices
- Preparing products for international shipments
- Processing shipments through customer portals
- Engaging with and coordinating transport agents
General Duties
- Ensuring all activities comply with current health, safety, and environmental legislation
- Maintaining a clean and tidy workplace following 5S principles
- Interacting with material controllers and production staff to address daily priorities and issues
- Accurately recording all stock movements
Relationship Management
- Collaborating with the team to share ideas and support continuous improvement activities
- Being an enthusiastic, flexible team player with a bias for action and strong work discipline
- Maintaining effective communication with other departmental staff

Security Clearance
Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance is required and must be maintained for this role.
