Lisa Eldridge Logistics Coordinator
The Opportunity
An incredibly exciting opportunity to join the fast-growing and fast-paced team at Lisa Eldridge as an experienced Logistics Coordinator.
This role will see you managing end-to-end logistics operations across the UK and international markets, ensuring seamless, timely, and cost-effective movement of goods. You’ll build strong relationships with carriers, third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and internal stakeholders, driving efficiency and minimising disruptions.
Duties & Responsibilities
Core Operations
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics, ensuring shipments move efficiently across UK and international markets with cost effectiveness.
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments, including imports/exports, customs clearance, and 3PL providers.
Shipment & Performance Oversight
- Monitor shipment performance, delivery schedules, and inventory movements.
- Track key logistics KPIs: OTIF, dispatch performance, and delivery success rates.

Stakeholder & Supplier Management
- Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, suppliers, and internal teams to prevent and resolve issues.
- Obtain freight quotations, manage shipping costs, and review supplier invoices.
- Maintain strong logistics partner relationships.
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and review shipping/export documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, customs paperwork).
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, Incoterms, and company policies.
Problem-Solving & Reporting
- Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies, delays, damage, shortages, and customer queries.
- Support urgent stock transfers, inventory rebalancing, and ad-hoc transport needs.
- Provide regular performance reporting and operational updates to management.
Requirements & Experience
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or import/export coordination.
- Proven ability to manage international shipments, multi-carrier networks, and 3PL providers in a high-pressure environment.

Essential Skills
- In-depth knowledge of import/export processes, customs regulations, and global trade (UK/EU/US/APAC).
- Experience in B2B and B2C logistics environments.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and multitasking.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
