[Remote] Overseas Business Partner - Air Logistics
OPTEC EXPRESS (HK) LIMITED is seeking a long-term Overseas Business Support Partner to collaborate across time zones and jointly enhance the efficiency of our global logistics services.

What You Will Do
- Provide operational support for international freight forwarding (Air Logistics).
- Handle and respond to customer emails.
- Organize order information and update systems.
- Facilitate cross-team communication and relay information.
- Coordinate business processes and track progress.
Working Hours
- Timezone: Able to cover the period between 13:00 - 06:00 China Standard Time (CST).
- Commitment: 5 days per week / approx. 8 hours per day.
- Note: Priority will be given to partners looking for long-term, stable collaboration.
What We Expect From You
- A stable remote working environment (reliable internet and equipment).
- Excellent time management skills with a commitment to long-term stability.
- Experience in the international logistics / freight forwarding industry.
- Responsible for freight forwarding operations in Mandarin; English and Chinese can be used as working languages (Knowing Japanese is a huge plus!).
- Legal residency and eligibility to provide independent services in your local area.
- Ability to handle your own local taxes.

- 稳定的远程办公环境（良好的网络与设备）
- 出色的时间管理能力，能够长期稳定投入
- 有国际物流 / 货代行业经验者
- 负责中国普通话货代操作，中英文可作为工作语言（会日语更加分！）
- 具备当地合法居留及可提供服务的资格
- 可自行处理当地税务事宜
