Job Overview
As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll play a key role in managing the day-to-day transportation activities that keep our operations running smoothly. You'll be responsible for scheduling shipments, coordinating with carriers, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate documentation. This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and a proactive approach to solving problems.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that every shipment arrives on time and in perfect condition. Whether you're tracking deliveries, resolving shipping issues, or optimizing routes, your work will directly contribute to the success of our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Communicate with drivers, carriers, and clients to coordinate logistics
- Track freight movement and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation and ensure compliance with regulations
- Resolve transportation issues, delays, or disruptions as they arise
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to improve delivery performance
- Maintain accurate records of all shipping and delivery activities

Requirements
- Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Familiarity with logistics software and tracking tools (e.g., TMS, ERP systems)
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems in real time
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field is a plus
