A logistics company is currently recruiting a Logistics Customer Service Officer to support its international air freight operations. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking long-term remote work within a global logistics environment.
In this role, Logistics Customer Service Officer will provide operational support for international freight forwarding, coordinate with global teams across different time zones, and ensure the efficient handling of logistics operations.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in international logistics or freight forwarding, be fluent in Mandarin, and possess excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support for international freight forwarding (Air Logistics).
- Handle and respond to customer emails.
- Organize order information and update systems.
- Facilitate cross-team communication and relay information.
- Coordinate business processes and track progress.

Ideal Candidate:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Japanese language skills would be advantageous
- Previous experience within the international logistics or freight forwarding industry is highly preferred
- Passionate about the logistics industry with strong learning ability and a proactive attitude
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Able to work independently in a remote working environment with reliable internet access and equipment
- Able to manage local tax obligations as an independent contractor
Condition:
- Location: Remote, UK
- Working Style: Remote
- Salary: £26,000 per annum depending on experience
- Job Type: Independent Contractor (Long-term partnership)
- Working Hours: Approximately 8 hours per day, 5 days per week (covering between 13:00 and 06:00 China Standard Time, 06:00 - 23:00 BST / 05:00 - 22:00 GMT)
- Start: Negotiable
