Job Overview
TE Connectivity’s Distribution & Logistics Teams manage the efficient flow of goods, services, and information from origin points to customer placement, ensuring alignment with customer requirements or internal objectives. Their role involves:
- Coordination and integration of processes across operations, purchasing, logistics, and external suppliers.
- Resource allocation for continuous improvement in material movement through production processes.
- Establishment and monitoring of key performance metrics (KPIs) and benchmarks for supply chain planning/forecasting.
- Tracking and assessing performance against set goals regularly.

Job Requirements
- Maintain a clear main fork-lift aisle by removing stock and pallets.
- Ensure correct picking of materials using an RF Scanner.
- Follow company processes on relevant systems to maintain accuracy and integrity of items picked and delivered.
- Deliver efficient purpose selection and uphold good housekeeping within the warehouse.
- Operate equipment including wave machinery, powered pallet trucks, pallet trucks, trolleys, and sack barrows for material handling.
- File and process paper-based documents and manage related tasks in compliance with system requirements.
- Follow incident reporting procedures in alignment with company EH&S (Environmental, Health & Safety) guidelines.
- Adhere to safe working practices, supporting the 5S + 1 initiative.

Note: Participation is expected in annual stock-taking activities.

Qualifications & Experience
- Familiarity with the SAP system is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience is advantageous but not essential.
