Role: Logistics Export Executive

A Logistics Export Executive is responsible for efficiently managing international and domestic shipments, ensuring compliance with all relevant procedures, regulations, and controls. This role involves coordinating urgent customer orders, including Aircraft on Ground (AOG) and Immediate Operational Requirement (IOR) shipments, while meeting set KPIs. Key responsibilities include processing Express Parcel Courier, Road, Air, and Ocean Freight shipments, as well as arranging the transport of hazardous, heavyweight, and oversized freight.

The perfect candidate will take initiative in upholding high standards of operational performance.

Logistics Export Executive (Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 7.5-hour working day)

Key Responsibilities

  • Recognise and react to the urgency of customer orders including Aircraft on Ground (AOG), Immediate Operational Requirement (IOR), and Routine shipment requests, adhering to set targets and KPIs.
  • Process Domestic & International Express Parcel Courier shipments.
  • Process Domestic & International Road Freight shipments utilising dedicated, groupage & co-load methods.
  • Process International Air & Ocean Freight shipments.
  • Organise the shipment of hazardous, heavyweight, and oversized Freight in accordance with shipping constraints.

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous Knowledge and Experience in a Logistics, Import, Export, Customs, Transportation, Parcel Courier, Supply Chain, Customs or Shipping role is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Parcel Courier Shipping is highly advantageous.
