WHAT YOU WILL DO:
We provide a Logistics service for our client, with our operation centred around the intake, storage and deployment of IT assets. Our operation supports thousands of new and existing users for our client, and sees us holding tens of thousands of their assets ready for deployment across EMEA. With the fast-paced nature of our service and the value of assets we handle, seamless tracking and rigorous Inventory control is at the heart of what we do. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the IT Logistics operations team(s) on the delivery of day to day operations, health and safety, service, accuracy and cost KPI’s.
- Take a hands on approach to work as well as co-ordinating and delegating tasks across the team.
- Ensure exceptional performance levels on site across all areas of the operation including, but not restricted to, goods in, processing, inventory control, fulfilment, picking, imaging, dispatch and returns.
- Ensure the team undertakes all tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Assist with cross functional teams to provide the best possible service and cost to our customers.
- Lead the team to ensure targets outlined by IT Logistics Business Plans are met, including delivery of KPI’s, values and people processes.
- Support the IT Logistics teams to attract, acquire, retain and develop the necessary talent to continuously improve team performance and capability.
- Support the preparation and gathering of information any reports or documentation that is to be shared with key stakeholders to help deliver great service at the best possible cost for EOS and our partners.
- Play a key part on delivering best in class operations and share best practice internally with the EOS teams.
- Seek out, actively encourage and implement waste reduction initiatives.
- Develop a strong team ethos and help create a positive and fun working environment.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, Inventory or Tech retail
- Previous management experience working within Logistics or retail is advantageous
- 3-5 years’ experience leading a team in challenging environment whilst delivering results.
- You will be handling IT hardware from laptops and phones to cables and wires, any experience in this will be advantageous!
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Team player, willing to take a hands on approach to the role.
