Role Overview:

This is a new role within the organization as we continue to scale. The role is critical to ensuring the smooth flow of wafers, packaged modules, engineering samples, and production materials across our global manufacturing and development network.

You will take ownership of day-to-day logistics activities across our fabless semiconductor ecosystem, ensuring materials and products move efficiently, compliantly, and cost-effectively between suppliers, subcontractors, and customers. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving technology environment and solving operational challenges within a highly collaborative business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage global logistics operations across wafer fabs, OSATs, test houses, suppliers, and customers.
  • Coordinate international shipments of wafers, packaged devices, engineering samples, and production materials.
  • Ensure import/export compliance and manage relationships with freight forwarders and logistics partners.
  • Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, and material traceability records.
  • Work closely with Operations and Engineering teams to support NPI, engineering builds, and production schedules.
  • Identify and implement improvements to logistics processes, supplier performance, and cost efficiency.
  • Support inventory control, operational reporting, and compliance activities where required.

Requirements

About you:

You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced technology environment. You may be a great fit for this role if you have some or all the following:

Education & experience:

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
  • Experience managing international shipping and customs processes.
  • Strong understanding of import/export compliance and Incoterms.
  • Experience coordinating third-party logistics providers and freight forwarders.
  • Experience within semiconductor, electronics, or other high-tech manufacturing industries.
  • Familiarity with fabless semiconductor supply chains and outsourced manufacturing models.
  • Knowledge of international trade compliance and customs processes for electronic products.
