Harvey Nichols is seeking a Logistics Manager

The Logistics Manager is responsible for the daily operational performance of third-party logistics partners, carrier networks, and end-to-end service delivery across the multichannel business. The role ensures service, stock accuracy, and cost performance meet agreed KPIs, while driving continuous improvement and supporting store and Customer Care teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Please note this role is split between our Harlow distribution centre and our London Head office in Knightsbridge (2 days in Harlow and 2 days in Head office London).

What You’ll Be Doing…

  • Daily management of GXO contract, ensuring strong service, stock accuracy, and cost performance.
  • Daily management of carrier contracts, monitoring service levels, cost performance, and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Work closely with store teams and Customer Care to deliver excellent multichannel customer experience.
  • Lead and support Con CI projects across logistics operations.
  • Manage the GXO CI project stream, ensuring clear priorities, actions, and measurable outcomes.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and drive corrective actions where required.
  • Support cross-functional teams with logistics expertise and issue resolution.

You thrive in operational environments, enjoy solving problems collaboratively, and are confident working with data, KPIs, and cross-functional teams. About Your Experience…

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operational management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of 3PL operations, carrier performance, and service metrics.
  • Proven ability to analyse KPIs and drive service or cost improvements.
  • Experience delivering or supporting CI initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across stores, customer service, and external partners.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities.
