About the Role
MadiganGill are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to join a busy construction project in Marlborough, SN8. This is an ongoing contract with an immediate start, offering £300 per day.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all site logistics while ensuring the highest standards of health and safety are maintained throughout the project.

Responsibilities
- Manage all site logistics and daily operations.
- Oversee site access, deliveries, traffic management, and material movements.
- Ensure all subcontractors and deliveries are coordinated efficiently.
- Monitor and enforce health and safety procedures across the site.
- Conduct site inspections and toolbox talks where required.
- Liaise with the site management team, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
- Ensure the project runs safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Logistics Manager on construction projects.
- Valid SMSTS certificate.
- Valid CSCS card.
- First Aid at Work certificate (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of construction health and safety legislation.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site logistics.
- Must have the correct tickets and relevant construction experience.
- Full PPE.
