Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in international logistics management, trade compliance, or global supply chain operations.
- 2 years of experience coordinating multi-jurisdictional shipping programs or multi-shipment corporate initiatives cross-functionally.
- Experience in managing international customs documentation frameworks, freight broker coordination, and incoterms applications.
Preferred qualifications:
- 6 years of experience managing global logistics pipelines within a fast-paced technology, hardware engineering, or advanced research environment.
- Familiarity or interest in leveraging automated tools or AI applications to drive pipeline accuracy and efficiency.
- Familiarity with trade operational instruments such as ATA Carnets, import/export licensing rules, and security frameworks.
- Track record of partnering with executive stakeholders to navigate conflicting execution priorities across complex organizational matrixes.

Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end logistics pipelines to ensure maximum delivery velocity while maintaining strict compliance with internal Google policies and external customs and legal frameworks.
- Act as the primary liaison between GDM and centralized Google partner teams, translating complex business needs into actionable logistics plans.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on shipping requirements, advising internal stakeholders on how geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes - such as international tariffs - will impact supply chain strategy and costs.
- Lead complex, multi-shipment programs by applying project management principles to align cross-functional teams and ensure mission-critical deadlines are met.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and analyzing post-project metrics to provide data-driven insights that optimize future logistics operations and planning.
