Logistics Manager – Hemel Hempstead 💷 Salary: £40,000+ per year, depending on experience 🕗 Monday–Friday
Marlowe Digital Ltd is the UK’s largest independent provider of prepress equipment services. We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Logistics Manager to take full responsibility for all machinery, parts, and consumables moving in and out of our Hemel Hempstead site. This is a key role within a small, established team, offering genuine responsibility and long‑term stability. The Role Manage all goods‑in and goods‑out, including large machinery Maintain accurate inventory control of equipment, parts, and consumables Operate and oversee forklift loading and unloading Ensure full health & safety compliance across warehouse operations Maintain and use computerised logistics and stock systems Work closely with engineering and operations teams About You Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics or warehouse management Forklift licence (essential) Full UK driving licence Strong health & safety awareness Organised, reliable, and comfortable working in a small, hands‑on team environment What We Offer £40,000+ salary, depending on experience 20 days holiday, increasing to 24 days Company pension scheme Death in service benefit Stable Monday–Friday working hours Friendly, supportive team and a long‑term role
