We are seeking Logistic Operatives to support core operations with high integrity and precision.
What You Will Do
As a Logistic Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless supply chain operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Goods receiving – Handling and recording incoming deliveries accurately
- Stores management – Maintaining inventory levels and systems for stock control
- Picking and supply – Supporting production lines with the right materials at the right time
- Dispatch and packing – Preparing shipments for delivery, including final checks and documentation
- Materials/shipping management – Co-ordinating effective transportation and logistics
- Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS compliance) – Adhering to workplace safety protocols and maintaining regulatory standards
You will be fully trained in all core processes and industry best practices, including EHS compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills & Experience
- Strong numeracy and literacy
- Basic IT skills (record-keeping, data entry)
- Manufacturing industry experience (advantageous)
- Manual handling – Ability to lift/load materials safely
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Flexibility – Willing to work shifts (including AM/PM) as required
Desirable Skills
- FLT counterbalance lorry licence (advantageous)
- SAP system experience (advantageous)
