We're looking for a motivated and reliable Logistics Operative to join our team in King's Lynn. Experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, transport, or manufacturing is beneficial, but we're equally interested in people with the right attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
Whether you're currently working in warehousing, transport, retail distribution, production, agriculture, construction, the armed forces, or another fast-paced hands-on environment, this could be an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing international business.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Logistics Operative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring materials and finished products move safely and efficiently through our site and out to customers.
Working as part of a close-knit team, you'll:
- Load and unload materials and finished products from a variety of vehicles
- Safely operate a counterbalance forklift truck
- Move palletised materials throughout the site and storage areas
- Check incoming and outgoing goods and ensure loads are secure
- Complete documentation accurately, including SAP transactions and stock records
- Support production logistics activities to ensure smooth site operations
- Assist with stock control and inventory counting activities
- Help maintain high standards of housekeeping across logistics and storage areas
- Carry out routine equipment checks and basic maintenance inspections
- Work closely with colleagues to resolve issues and support customer requirements

- Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to understand safety procedures, work instructions, and operational documentation

Essential Requirements
✅ Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence
Desirable
✅ Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, shipping, or distribution
✅ Experience using SAP or similar warehouse management systems
Hiring Information
This role is based on site in King's Lynn.
This role reports to the Logistics Manager, RBS King's Lynn.

Working Pattern
