About Tottenham Hotspur
Founded in 1882, Tottenham Hotspur is an iconic English football club, competing in the Premier League and Women’s Super League. Our global fanbase spans continents, cultures, and generations. Known for daring to push boundaries and rewrite history, we offer world-class facilities, including the 2019 landmark £1 billion Stadium—a catalyst for North Tottenham’s growth, creating 4,000 jobs and annually injecting £300 million into the local economy.
True to our ethos, "There is only one Hotspur. Tottenham Hotspur."
The Role
The club is seeking a Logistics Operative to collaborate with the Logistics Manager, supporting the build-up and breakdown of event infrastructure for matches, concerts, NFL events, and other scheduled functions.
This role also requires acting in lieu of the Logistics Manager when needed. Due to the nature of events, irregular hours (e.g., evenings, weekends, bank holidays) are standard—flexibility is essential.
Key Responsibilities
-
Event Infrastructure Setup: Preparing event-related infrastructure, including:
- Chairs, tables and staging
- Signage and fencing
- Other event-specific requirements
-
Post-Event Breakdown & Storage:
- Safely clearing and dismantling event infrastructure
- Returning items to designated storage areas while ensuring no breakages
- Adhering to housekeeping and H&S storage procedures
- Recording dismantling and reload operations via sign-in/out systems

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
