Logistics Placement Student Position – 12-Month Placement Location: Hammersmith, London Placement Duration: 12-month placement with an anticipated start date of June 2026

Notes for Applicants

  • Only current university students who are required to complete a placement year as part of their course are eligible.
  • Experience will be gained across logistics, importing, exporting, and brand operations for Victoria Beckham Ltd.

About the Role

Victoria Beckham Ltd offers exclusive work placement opportunities for aspiring talent in the fashion industry. Our placements provide practical, industry-relevant experience that supports academic learning while preparing students for future careers.

We are looking for driven and organised students eager to contribute to the Logistics team. As a Logistics Intern, you will assist in managing supply chain operations, including importing/exporting, inventory, and customer order coordination across the brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring stock availability aligns with customer orders via accurate inventory checks
  • Assisting with logistical requirements for:
    • Seasonal fashion shows
    • Events
    • Special brand projects
  • Processing ostock-related tasks, including:
    • Return authorisations (RMA) and wholesale customer returns handling
    • Swap/re-order/order processing
    • Wholesale stock data maintenance
  • Interdepartmental coordination with:
    • Warehouse teams
    • External clients
    • Freight forwarders
  • Customer service:
    • Updating customers on order progress
    • Responding to logistics questions or queries
  • Supporting the team ad hoc with new or emergency tasks

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong organisational capabilities with the ability to:
    • Manage your own workload
    • Collaborate effectively in a team setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Relevant academic focus (preferably studying supply chain, logistics, or administration)
  • Commitment to a full-time 12-month placement – this role is not temporary or part-time
