Logistics Procurement Lead
Leeds (Hybrid – 3 Days Office / 2 Days WFH)
Up to £80,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Bonus

What you'll be doing
- Taking ownership of strategic procurement across key logistics spend, with a primary focus on Road Transportation and additional responsibility for Ocean Freight
- Developing sourcing strategies, leading complex commercial negotiations and managing key supplier relationships
- Acting as the procurement lead for senior stakeholders across logistics and supply chain functions
- Identifying opportunities to improve commercial performance, supplier capability and long-term value
- Playing a key role in a procurement function where decisions are made quickly and procurement has real influence

- Strong Logistics Procurement experience (operational logistics experience alone won't be sufficient)
- Category expertise across Road Transportation, with Ocean Freight experience highly desirable
- Excellent strategic sourcing, contract negotiation and supplier management capability
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence at a senior level
- An ambitious procurement professional looking to own a strategic category and progress within a market-leading organisation
