LOGISTICS SERVICE OPERATIVE
Salary: £27,628.81 per annum
Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 06:30 and 16:00
Location: Cheltenham
Excellent benefits package including 2.5% Golden Hello payment on commencement of employment and a £2,000 annual retention bonus (pro-rata for part time employees), subject to maintaining clearance requirements.

About The Role
As a logistic service operative, you will undertake a range of Logistics activities which provide for the collection, carriage and delivery of a range of items. This role requires maintaining exceptional standards of materials handling while consistently ensuring safety, security, and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Manual Handling: Safely and efficiently carry out a variety of manual handling and lifting tasks.
- Driving & Operation: Drive company vehicles and operate mechanical handling equipment (MHE) both on and off-site.
- Documentation: Maintain an accurate audit trail by appropriately accounting for all logistics tasks and movements.
- UK Travel: Potentially undertake detached duty at off-site UK locations, which may involve periods away from home (subsistence costs covered).
- Safety & Compliance: Conduct vehicle/machinery inspections, appropriately wear required PPE, and report any unsafe conditions immediately.

Essential
- Good verbal and written communication.
Desirable
- Experience of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Forklift Truck Licence.
- Full driving licence.
