Senior System Solutions Architect (Supply Chain & Mid-Tier Customers)

What You'll Do

System Development & Advancement

  • Conduct market research to drive standardization, configuration, and productization of supply chain business systems.
  • Shorten project onboarding cycles.
  • Ensure systems align better with business needs and market changes while improving overall system performance.

Solution Design & Delivery

  • Develop tailored system solutions for mid-tier customers.
  • Produce industry-specific documentation on system capabilities.
  • Coordinate product and engineering resources to deliver solutions, meeting customer needs and strengthening service capabilities.

Testing Coordination & Reporting

  • Oversee development of UAT test cases and confirm test plans.
  • Organise and coordinate cross-functional teams in testing.
  • Produce comprehensive UAT test reports to ensure system functionality meets quality standards.

Project Management & Risk Control

  • Take ownership of complex projects from planning through delivery.
  • Identify and manage potential risks at every stage.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet success criteria.

Documentation & Training Support

  • Develop and maintain system implementation documentation, including:
    • User guides
    • Training materials
    • Best practice resources
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to internal teams and customers to drive system adoption.

Continuous Improvement

  • Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance:
    • Service quality
    • Project implementation efficiency
  • Identify process optimisation opportunities and drive best practices organisation-wide.

About You

Education

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.

Experience

  • Proven experience in:
    • System solutions
    • Business analysis
    • Supply chain system implementation
  • Experience working with mid-tier customers or in a B2B solution delivery environment is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in:
    • Office software
    • System documentation tools
  • Strong data analysis and management skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Soft Skills

  • Strong sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent communication & coordination skills.
  • Strong logical thinking & problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience collaborating across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to:
    • Manage complex projects.
