Logistics Solution Specialist
System Solutions & Project Delivery Specialist
What You’ll Do
-
System Development & Advancement
- Conduct market research to drive standardization, configuration, and productization of supply chain business systems
- Shorten project onboarding cycles to align systems with business needs and market changes
- Continuously improve overall system performance

Solution Design & Delivery
- Develop system solutions tailored for mid-tier customers
- Produce industry-specific documentation on system capabilities
- Coordinate product and engineering resources to deliver customer needs
- Strengthen the company’s service capabilities in target markets

Testing Coordination & Reporting
- Oversee the development of UAT test cases and confirmation of test plans
- Organize and coordinate cross-functional teams in testing activities
- Produce comprehensive UAT test reports
- Ensure system functionality meets quality standards

Project Management & Risk Control
- Take ownership of complex projects (planning through delivery)
- Identify and manage potential risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure timely resolution for successful project outcomes

Documentation & Training Support
- Develop and maintain system implementation documentation (user guides, training materials, best practices)
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to internal teams and customers
- Drive system adoption and effective usage

Continuous Improvement
- Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance service quality and project efficiency
- Identify opportunities for process optimization
- Drive best practices across the organization
About You
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
Experience
- Proven experience in system solutions, business analysis, or supply chain system implementation
- Experience working with mid-tier customers or in a B2B solution delivery environment is a plus
Technical Skills
- Proficient in office software and system documentation tools
- Strong data analysis and management skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Soft Skills
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams
