What You'll Do
- Lead quality improvement initiatives for sorting and transportation operations, taking ownership of departmental performance metrics.
- Demonstrate strong data analysis capabilities to identify issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate effectively across departments to ensure smooth coordination and alignment.
About You
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics or manufacturing, including 3+ years in lean management or process optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Solid knowledge of lean management methodologies, with hands-on experience in data analysis and continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional communication and withstand work pressure.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English (spoken and written).
