Role: Logistics Specialist (Remote)
Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Job Type: Contract
Payout: $40 - $50/hour
Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Management Specialist to work on a contract basis. The role involves overseeing end-to-end logistics operations and optimizing supply chain processes to ensure efficient delivery of goods and services. You will analyze data to identify trends, reduce costs, and improve service levels across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to streamline transportation, warehousing, and distribution networks.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as on-time delivery, cost per shipment, and inventory turnover.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain, including supplier disruptions and logistical bottlenecks.
- Leverage data analytics tools to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in logistics coordination, supply chain planning, or related fields is required.
- Proficiency with supply chain management software and data visualization tools is necessary.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations and compliance standards is preferred.
