Length: 12 months (long term contract with possible extensions)
Location: Heathrow onsite 5 days per week (Monday to Friday standard hours)
Rate: £125 to £150 per day via umbrella
Purpose of Role
The candidate will be responsible for the efficient coordination and control of all sub project materials, inbound delivery, storage requirements, operational vehicles, plant and equipment for the airport.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Core Activities
- Understand the Company's H&S Policy and their allocated responsibilities.
- Lead and direct the stores activities.
- Ensure all supplier delivery notes are signed, dated, checked and saved within SharePoint.
- Report any goods receiving discrepancies to the Logistics Manager for processing and follow up.
- Stowage of materials ensuring materials are stored in correct project locations and stock is rotated appropriately.
- Perform both regular and rolling stock takes on an agreed basis and made available within SharePoint.
- Ensure stock counts are available on a weekly basis by project location.
- Maintain all stores locations and Logistics Yard, ensuring a clean, safe environment, always keeping the premises in a tidy and presentable manner.
- Always adhere to OH&S standards.
- Cable drum IDs are reported and cable stored and reported in correct manner.
- To conduct stores searches for missing parts and locate missing equipment when not signed out.
- Report any process breaches to the Logistics Manager for resolution with relevant personnel.
- To complete necessary weekly statutory inspections - Working at Height, LOLER, PUWER in an accurate manner as per pre agreed timescales and saved within SharePoint.
- Conduct monthly vehicle inspections - Vehicle Inspection, Mileage Logs and First Aid as per pre agreed timescales and saved within SharePoint.
- Drive company vehicles to the airport garage for 6 monthly airside checks, and to Northgate garage when required for MOT's and Service.
- Carry out Fulcrum and Rapid Goods Scanning bookings in line with Project timescales when required.
- Develop a sound level of understanding of Fujitsu Operations processes and procedures.
- Other duties as required by the Logistics Manager.
- Assist with cross training within your team.

Experience, Qualifications and Attributes
Experience
- Has 3-4 years of warehouse / stores industry experience.
- Experience within IT product set preferable.
- Has supervisory experience (preferable but not essential).
Technical Experience
- Cabling and Physical Infrastructure product knowledge.
- Preferably has experience of airport equipment, systems, processes.

Qualifications
Mandatory:
- Clean Driving licence / Airside Driving experience
- Other required training will be provided.
Other
- Demonstratable 5 year working history to enable Airside pass authorisation.
