We’re excited to offer a brilliant opportunity for a Logistics Supervisor working for our Rail Team in London
About the role:
The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Envoy Drivers, overseeing day-to-day logistics operations, planning delivery routes, and ensuring customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.
This is a hands-on role based across West London, where you will act as the primary point of contact for the Envoy team, providing operational support, making key decisions, and ensuring exceptional service levels are maintained across multiple customer sites.

This role requires trouble shooting and a flexible outlook. We’re looking for someone who is not afraid to get stuck in. It’s an early start from 5/6am, typically working an 8-hour day.

What We’re Looking For In Our Logistics Supervisor
- Knowledge in the MRO space or similar industry to what we do, along with the products that we sell, although crossover experience will be considered.
- A high level of motivation and enthusiasm
- Able to work independently and have excellent organisational skills
- Experience of logistics arrangements / delivery routing.
- Customer focused.
- Good level of health and safety knowledge.
- Good systems knowledge and IT skills
- Confident communicator
