About the Role
We are seeking a Logistics Support Administrator to join our team in Swadlincote, dedicated to:
- Ensuring timely medication delivery to patients.
- Supporting couriers and business operations with efficient, error-free processes.
Key Responsibilities
Patient & Delivery Support
- Answer and resolve driver call inquiries regarding deliveries.
- Process and track internal/external queries via telephone and email, maintaining clear communication.
- Liaise with couriers and patients as needed, ensuring a smooth support experience.

Logistics & Operational Processes
- Manage Point of Delivery (POD) processing and administration.
- Handle returns and failed delivery cases efficiently.
- Reschedule failed deliveries to minimise disruption for patients.
Experience & Skills
Desirable
- Previous experience in a logistics or admin support role.
Essential
- Proven admin experience.
- A**t least 5 GCSE qualifications, with achievable grades.
Key Competencies
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail with an ability to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to understanding the business and healthcare sector.
- Empathetic approach when engaging with patients/families.
