About the Role

We are seeking a Logistics Support Administrator to join our team in Swadlincote, dedicated to:

  • Ensuring timely medication delivery to patients.
  • Supporting couriers and business operations with efficient, error-free processes.

Key Responsibilities

Patient & Delivery Support

  • Answer and resolve driver call inquiries regarding deliveries.
  • Process and track internal/external queries via telephone and email, maintaining clear communication.
  • Liaise with couriers and patients as needed, ensuring a smooth support experience.

Logistics & Operational Processes

  • Manage Point of Delivery (POD) processing and administration.
  • Handle returns and failed delivery cases efficiently.
  • Reschedule failed deliveries to minimise disruption for patients.

Experience & Skills

Desirable

  • Previous experience in a logistics or admin support role.

Essential

  • Proven admin experience.
  • A**t least 5 GCSE qualifications, with achievable grades.

Key Competencies

  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to detail with an ability to work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to understanding the business and healthcare sector.
  • Empathetic approach when engaging with patients/families.
