We are looking for a Logistics Support Administrator

to join our team here in Swadlincote on a part-time basis covering 28 hours a week.

Main Responsibilities

  • To support the couriers and the business with any patient delivery queries and support functions & processes connected with the same to ensure patients receive their medication on time
  • Answer drivers' call queries
  • Process internal/external queries regarding deliveries by telephone & email
  • Liaise with couriers and patients where appropriate
  • Internal processes to support the function
  • POD processing
  • Returns and fails processing
  • Rescheduling of failed deliveries

What experience and skills are we looking for?

Desirable

  • Experience with a similar role within logistics

Essential

  • Prior admin experience

Qualifications?

  • At least 5 GCSE’s

Key Competencies

  • Good communication skills essential - both verbal and written
  • Computer literate - Use of MS Office
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and pressurised environment
  • Self-motivated, dedicated with a committed approach showing interest in understanding the business and the industry
  • To be proactive and motivated responding positively to new challenges
  • To have empathy when speaking with patients
