ROLE
Cammach is currently recruiting a Logistics Support Analyst for an immediate start on behalf of our client, a leading provider of specialist subsea solutions. Based in Dundee, this contract opportunity will run until November 2026.
The purpose of this role is to provide administrative and logistical support to project teams, ensuring the efficient coordination of personnel movements, accommodation, transportation, and day-to-day operational activities. The role plays a key part in supporting project delivery by assisting project managers, superintendents, and site teams with a wide range of logistics and administrative tasks. This role reports into the Project Manager.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and book hotel accommodation for project personnel.
- Arrange travel and transit requirements, including transportation between home locations, airports, project sites, and accommodation.
- Manage car hire bookings and associated administration.
- Assist with the mobilisation and demobilisation of project personnel.
- Support project managers and superintendents with day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
- Assist with the induction and onboarding of new project personnel.
- Maintain accurate project records and assist with project reporting requirements.
- Monitor and track vehicle usage, accommodation bookings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate deliveries and support the administration of waste management documentation where required.
- Procure small items and supplies locally to support project operations.
- Provide general administrative support to project teams as required.
- Assist with maintaining project documentation and filing systems.
- Act as a key point of contact for logistical queries relating to project personnel and site activities.

Requirements
Required Knowledge & Experience Essential:

- Previous experience in an administrative, logistics, or project support role.
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative to resolve issues.
Desirable
- Experience of supporting construction, marine, engineering, or project-based operations.
- Experience working within a fast-paced operational environment.
