Job Description

Join the Party at ABBA Voyage! We are looking for an experienced Logistics Team Leader to work with us at the famous ABBA Arena.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy leading teams, and have a passion for keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be the perfect role for you.

Salary: £16 per hour

Shifts: 5 days from Thursday to Monday

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, stock control, or back-of-house operations within hospitality, events, or a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to supervise, support, and develop team members
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate stock control and efficient processes
  • A proactive and hands-on approach, with the ability to prioritise tasks and perform well under pressure
  • Good understanding of health & safety, food safety, and operational compliance standards

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience working in logistics, warehouse, inventory, or back-of-house operations, alongside strong organisational, problem-solving, and team leadership skills. Experience using stock management systems would be advantageous.
