Logistics Team Leader | Aerospace Manufacturing

Are you an experienced logistics professional ready to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment?
At DART Aerospace - F.P.T. Industries, we're looking for a Logistics Team Leader to drive operational excellence and ensure the smooth flow of materials that support the production of mission-critical aerospace products.
What you'll do
As Logistics Team Leader, you will:
- Lead and motivate a team of logistics and dispatch operators.
- Coordinate inbound, outbound, and internal material flows.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and ERP transactions are completed correctly.
- Support production by maintaining efficient line feeding and stock availability.
- Champion health & safety, quality, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop team capability through coaching and cross-training.

What we're looking for
We're seeking someone who has:
- Previous experience leading a logistics or warehouse team in manufacturing (aerospace experience is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and ERP/MRP systems (SAP or similar).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills.
- A Full UK Driving Licence.
- A Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain one).
