What You’ll Do
As a Logistics Technician, you will play a critical role in managing the flow of high-value prototype assets across the supply chain. You’ll support inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring accurate handling, tracking, and delivery of sensitive equipment. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain efficiency, accountability, and timely fulfilment in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming prototype materials for accuracy and condition
- Fulfil material and equipment requests with precision and urgency
- Coordinate shipping and distribution to internal teams, clients, and testing locations, ensuring secure packaging and accurate labelling
- Provide white-glove, on-site support to clients, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and care
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments
- Ensure compliant and secure disposal of equipment, including e-waste handling and donation processing
- Conduct monthly inventory audits; ensure all assets are properly logged, tracked, and stored in designated locations
- Maintain accurate records in inventory and data management systems to ensure full traceability
- Monitor, update, and manage SRT/task queues to meet service level expectations
- Process product returns, ensuring proper documentation and disposition
- Support additional projects and operational initiatives as assigned

Required Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or a related operational environment
- Experience with international and domestic shipping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong customer service mindset with a high level of professionalism

Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Experience with inventory management or asset tracking systems
- Background in warehouse operations, retail, manufacturing, or customer service
